Healthcare firms that have benefitted include Lybrate, Swasth India and Invictus Oncology.
Founded in 2014 in Silicon Valley and incubated out of Stanford ChangeLabs, MUrgency recently received investments from Kris Gopalakrishnan and S D Shibulal led Axilor Ventures. Apart from MUrgency, Tata's overseas investments include Boston-based wind energy startup Altaeros Energies, China's largest smartphone maker Xiaomi and Singapore-based Crayon Data, a big data analytics firm. The app is live on iOS and Android app stores and several features are accessible across the world already," Sweta Mangal, Director, Global Emergency Response, MUrgency said.
